How do we get there?

We can arrange pickup from Chiang Mai city or airport.

Or you can make your own way here with a Grab or your own transportion.

Are meals included?

Yes, all meals are included in your stay.

Ingredients come from our permaculture garden, nearby farms, and the local village market.

How does the clay house stay naturally cool (without air conditioning)?

The Loft House is nature-cooled by design: thick earthen (clay) walls act as thermal mass, cross-breeze windows move fresh air, and quiet fans add a gentle draft. Guests enjoy calm, breezy comfort- A/C-free with a lighter footprint.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in 2pm / Check-out 11am. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible—just ask.

How do I pay?

Secure Stripe checkout with major cards. You can pay in full online, or just pay the deposit to secure your reservation, and pay the remainder by cash or card on arrival.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Flexible: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

Is the Wi-Fi good for remote work?

Yes—fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the Loft House and property

Is it suitable for children?

Sleeps 2–4. The sleeping loft is accessed by stairs—please supervise little ones.

Bugs & nature

We’re in the countryside—expect birds, breezes, frogs, and the odd mosquito outside. Screens keep the mosquitoes out of the rooms.
